不同护理方法预防老年脑卒中患者吸入性肺炎的价值比较

目的：探讨不同护理方法预防老年脑卒中患者预防吸入性肺炎的价值。方法：108例老年脑卒中患者纳入本研究，年龄：72-92岁，男性68例，女40例，将所有患者随即分为四组，分别是：对照组、咳嗽反射刺激组、口腔护理组、及口腔护理＋咳嗽反射刺激组，分别按不同的护理方法护理，观察并统计四组患者中发生吸入性肺炎的人数及严重程度。结果：对照组发生吸入性肺炎的人数明显多于其他各组，且这种差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；咳嗽反射刺激组与口腔护理组发生吸入性肺炎的人数相似，两组之间无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）；口腔护理＋咳嗽反射刺激组发生吸入性肺炎的人数低于其他各组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：老年脑卒中患者发生吸入性肺炎有其特殊性，降低吸入性肺炎最好的护理方法是联合口腔护理和咳嗽反射，因此我们应加强咳嗽反射的锻炼。

Prevention Care of Aspiration Pneumonia in Elderly Patients with Cerebral Apoplexy

Objective：To investigate the value of different prevention care method of aspiration pneumonia in elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy .Method：108 elder patients with cerebral apoplexy were included into this study .The age range of these patients was 65-92 years old.68 patients were male , 40 patients were female .All the patients were divided randomly into the control group , the oral care group , the cough reflex sensitivity group and oral care adding cough reflex sensitivity group at random .The number of aspiration pneumonia was counted in each care method group .Result：The number of aspiration pneumonia in the control group were higher than any other group .There was significant difference （P〈0.05） .The number of aspiration pneumonia in the oral care group and cough reflex sensitivity group was similar .There was no significant difference （ P〉0.05 ） .The number of aspiration pneumonia in oral care adding cough reflex sensitivity group was less than any other group .There was significant difference （ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：There was special characteristic in the elder aspiration pneumonia .We should enhance training of cough reflex sensitivity , besides the oral care .
