针对性护理干预在缓解住院新生儿父母焦虑抑郁状态的临床应用

目的：研究护理对于住院新生儿父母焦虑、抑郁状态的缓解情况,对指导临床针对性护理措施提供依据。方法：100例住院的新生儿在其入院7d内,对其父母（父100例,母100例,共计200例,为实验组）均采取针对性护理并进行焦虑自测、抑郁状态自测以及社会支持测评进行测评。回顾2001年未经过针对性护理的100例住院新生儿的父母200例（父100例,母100例,共计200例,为对照组）进行以上测评并对焦虑自测、抑郁自测结果与现在的结果分别做比较。结果：未经过针对性护理的200例父母中,100例父63%焦虑,65%抑郁;100例母38%焦虑,35%抑郁,得分均较其他同龄人高（P〈0.05）。进过针对性护理的200例父母中,100例父29%焦虑,31%抑郁;100例母19%焦虑,17%抑郁,测评系数都比未干预组低,差异有意义（P〈0.05）。入院新生儿父母的焦虑、抑郁程度与针对性护理干预的积极程度呈负相关。结论：对于住院新生儿的父母实施针对性护理干预,对缓解其父母焦虑、抑郁行之有效,应在临床中推广。

The Clinical Application of Pertinence Nursing Intervention in Reducing Newborn Parents Anxiety and Depression

Objective： To study the pertinence nursing intervention in reducing newborn parents’ anxiety and depression situation,to provide the basis for guiding clinical pertinence nursing measures. Method：Choosing 100 cases of hospitalized newborns in the hospital for 7 days,take pertinence nursing to the parents（ father of 100 cases,mother of 100 cases totally 200 cases as the experimental group） and do the self-test anxiety,depression and social support assessment evaluation. Then reviewed 100 cases of hospitalized newborns（ father of 100 cases,mother of 100 cases totally 200 cases as the control group） and do the self-test anxiety,depression self-test result and now compare the results. Result： In 200 parents without pertinence nursing,63%of anxiety and 65% of depression of the father; 38%of anxiety and 35% of depression of the mother,the score is higher than the same age（ P ＆lt;0.05）. In 200 parents with pertinence nursing,29% of anxiety and 31% of depression of the father,19%of anxiety and 17% of depression of the mother,the score is lower than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion： Taking pertinence nursing for parents of hospitalized newborns to relieve the parents’ anxiety,depression is effective and should be promoted in clinical.
