延续性护理对鼻咽癌术后患者自我护理能力和生活质量的影响

目的：探讨延续性护理对鼻咽癌术后患者自我护理能力的影响,提高其生活质量。方法：选取符合标准的患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施延续性护理,比较护理效果。结果：入组时两组患者ESCA量表及FACT量表各维度评分比较,差异无显著性（P〉0.05）;入组后6个月,两组患者ESCA量表及FACT量表各维度评分较入组时均增加（P〈0.05）,但是观察组患者增加幅度更大（P〈0.05）。结论：延续性护理能有效地提高鼻咽癌术后患者的自我护理能力,改善生活质量,促进患者康复。

Effects of Transitional Care on the Self-care Ability and Life Quality in Postoperative Nasopharyngeal Cancer Patients

Objective： To investigate the effects of transitional care on the self-care ability in postoperative nasopharyngeal cancer patients and to elevate the life quality. Method： 80 patients meeting the criteria were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 patients in each group. The control group was given with routine care,while the observation group was additionally given with transitional care,and the care effects were compared. Result： The differences in each score of ESCA scale and FACT scale of the patients of the two groups when entering the groups were statistically insignificant（ P＆gt;0.05）; 6months after entering the groups,the scores of ESCA scale and FACT scale of the patients of both groups were increased（ P＆lt;0.05）,but those of the observation group were increased more significantly（ P ＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion： Transitional care can effectively elevate the self-care ability in postoperative nasopharyngeal cancer patients,improve the life quality and promote the rehabilitation.
