血清 IL-23联合血浆脑钠肽检测对判断慢性心力衰竭患者预后的影响

目的：探究分析血清IL-23联合血浆脑钠肽检测对判断慢性心力衰竭患者预后的指标及影响。方法：选取我院自2011年5月至2013年5月收治的慢性心力衰竭患者51例，作为临床研究对象，作为试验组。选取同期51名健康体检者，作为对照组。检测试验组患者与对照组健康人血清IL-23、血浆脑钠肽含量，并比较它们的阳性检测率。结果：试验组患者血清IL-23、血浆脑钠肽阳性检出率（96．08％、94．12％）高于对照组（7．84％、9．80％），P＜0．05；试验组患者51例中心功能改善及心衰在住院患者即存活患者共48例，BNP 水平与YNHA分级之间呈正相关且差异明显（ P＜0．05），BNP 水平升高患者的死亡率也随之增加。结论：血清IL-23联合血浆脑钠肽检测对判断慢性心力衰竭患者预后有一定优势，其变化能能反映出慢性心衰患者的心脏功能分级情况及病情进展，更准确地判断预后，对患者病情的评价具有一定的意义，值得临床推广使用。

Influence of Serum IL-23 Combined with Plasma Brain Natriuretic Peptide on Judging the Prognosis of Patients with CHF

Objective：To explore the influence of serum IL-23 combined with plasma brain natriuretic peptide on judging the prognosis indicators of patients with chronic heart failure （ CHF） .Method：51 patients with CHF treated in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2013 were selected as the clinical research object , as the experimental group .And selected 51 healthy subjects as control group in the same period .Detected the content of serum IL-23 and plasma brain natriuretic peptide in the two groups and compared the positive de-tection rate.Result：The possitive detection rate of serum IL-23 and plasma brain natriuretic peptide of ex-perimental group （96.08%,94.12%） were significantly higher than those in control group （7.84%,9.80%） （P〈0.05）;In experimental group （51 cases）,there were 48 patients had their cardiac function improved and survived ,BNP level had positive correlation with YNHA grading , difference was significant （ p〈0.05 ） , and mortality increased when BNP level increased .Conclusion：Serum IL-23 combined with plasma brain natri-uretic peptide has certain advantages in judging the prognosis of patients with CHF , which can reflect cardiac function classfication and progressive disease and more accurate ,have certain significance in evaluating path-ogenetic condition of the patients , it’ s worthy of being applied in clinic .
