彩色多普勒超声对老年肝硬化门静脉高压症的诊断价值

目的：调查研究彩色多普勒诊断老年肝硬化门静脉高压症的临床应用价值。方法：选取在我院进行肝硬化检查的患者180例，而后根据其年龄的不同将其分为两组：老年组（60岁以上）90例；非老年组（小于60岁）90例。对两组患者均采用彩色多普勒超声检测技术，而后对比研究两组患者的临床诊断效果。结果：老年组的准确率为95．56％，明显高于非老年组的准确率（74．44％）；老年组的重度程度（44．44％）明显高于非老年组的重度程度（16．67％）；差异显著，统计学上均有意义P＜0．05。结论：彩色多普勒超声检测技术对老年肝硬化门静脉高压症具有非常显著的临床诊断价值，值得推广应用。

Diagnosis Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound on Senile Cirrhotic Portal Hypertension

Objective：To explore the diagnosis value of color doppler ultrasound on senile cirrhotic por-tal hypertension .Method：Chose 180 cases of patients who have had liver cirrhosis examination at our hospi-tal,were divided into senile group （ older than 60 years old） and non-senile group （ younger than 60 years old） ,each group with 90 cases;Adopted color doppler ultrasound to all of them ,then studied clinical diagno-sis effects of two groups .Results：Senile group accurate rate was 95.56%,it was obviously higher than non-senile group （ 74.44%）;Senile group severe degree was 44.44%, it was evidently higher than non-senile group （16.67%）.There＆#39;s statistical differences （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Color doppler ultrasound has signifi-cant diagnosis value on senile cirrhotic portal hypertension ,it is worthy of clinical promotion .
