| 摘 要： | 目的 了解不同级别精神病院住院患者中抑郁性障碍的患病率。方法 对５６年内大学附属医院５１４１例，市级精神病８４７５例及区级精神病院１２９１例出院患者进行调查。结果 ５年中大学附属医院住院患者中抑郁性障碍患病率为１５．７６％，分别高于市级医院（８．１４％）和区级医院（４．８８％）且重性抑郁症的诊断率逐渐上升，心境恶劣逐渐下降，结论 不同级别精神院中抑制郁性障碍患病率差别较大，与患者对疾病的认识及医生

| Abstract: | Objective This study investigated the prevalence of depressive disorders in psychiatric hospitals Methods The medical history of inpatients with mental disorders diagnosed from Jan 1994 to Dec 1998 were analyzed in the Psychiatric Hospital affiliated to the West China University of Medical Sciences (WCUMS; n = 5 141), the Mental Health Center of Chengdu (MHCC; n = 8 475) and the Psychiatric Hospital of Shahebao District in Chengdu (PHSD; n = 1 291) Results The prevalence of depressive disorders in inpatient in WCUMS (15 76%) was higher than those in MHCC (8 14%) and PHSD (4 88%) respectively Form Jan 1994 to Dec 1998, the prevalence of major depression increased and dysthymia decreased significantly in inpatients of WCUMS respectively Conclusions There is obvious different in prevalence of depressive disorders in different class psychiatric hospitals, and it is very important to improve the recognition and treatment for these mental disorders |
