早期慢性淋巴水肿的形态学观察

用改良的Danese和Olszewski手术方法在狗后肢一侧形成早期慢性淋巴水肿模型,以观察其形态学改变。在光学显微镜和电子显微镜下观察到的结果是皮下组织与淋巴管进行性纤维化,伴淋巴管扩张,迂曲、变形。细胞成份增多,以成纤维细胞和小淋巴细胞为主,巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞增多。始淋巴管内皮细胞含有较多的小泡,开放性内皮连接增加。内皮细胞水肿,内含较多的始淋巴管和毛细淋巴管。提示淋巴管系统和巨噬细胞是清除高组织蛋白、减轻水肿的重要因素。

MORPHOLOGICAL STUDIES OF EARLY CHRONIC LYMPHOEDEMA IN THE DOG

The morphological studies of experimental ammal mou(?)s o(?)carry chronic lymphoedema were made,which would contribute to further understanding of the effect and significance of lymphatic system and tissue cells on the occurrence and development of lymphoedema.Eight dogs were used.The main pathological findings were progressive fibrosis in the sub(?)utaneous tissue,and the lymphatics were usually dilated,tortuous,and deformed.Some cells i.e macrophages,neutrophil leucocytes,especially fibroblasts and small lymphocytes,increased in numbers.There were many more blood capillaries and initial lymphatics in the lymphoedemous tissues.The endothelium of initial ymphaticsseemed to have more vesicles,and vacule,and the number of endothelial open intercellular junctions were increased.These results indicate that lymphatic system and macrophages are the important factors in eliminating high tissue proteins and alleviating the lymphoedema.
