年龄、体重及体重指数对福州地区骨质疏松人群骨密度的影响

摘    要:目的:调查分析年龄、身高、体重及体重指数对福州地区骨质疏松人群腰椎、股骨颈、大转子和Ward’s区骨密度的影响。方法:在福州地区进行随机抽样检查原发性骨质疏松患者805例,采用双能X线骨密度仪检测腰椎和股骨上段骨密度,用SPSS软件进行相关回归分析。结果:骨质疏松人群的体重和体重指数与腰椎、股骨颈及大转子骨密度的相关十分显著,低体重组的骨密度明显低于超体重组。在女性患者中,年龄、身高、体重及体重指数四因素都与骨密度相关显著,年龄、体重对骨密度的影响要大于身高及体重指数,在年龄、身高、体重和体重指数因素中,影响腰椎、股骨颈的主要因素为年龄和体重,影响大转子的重要因素为年龄和体重指数。在男性患者中.体重及体重指数与腰椎、股骨颈、大转子的相关显著,影响骨密度的主要因素为体重。结论:女性患者随着年龄的增大、体重的下降,其腰椎和髋部的骨密度呈下降趋势,而男性患者,体瘦者骨密度往往较低。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effects of Age,height, Weight and Body mass index(BMI) on bone mineral density(BMD) in lumbar vertebrea ,femur neck,trochanter and Ward's region in Osteoporsis People in Fuzhou Region.Methods:The BMD in lumbar and upper femur of 805 osteoporosis patients were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry.The results were analyzed with SPSS software.Results: Weight and BMI of osteoporsis people were better respectively related with BMD in lumbar ,femur neck and trochanter.The BMD in the lower BMI group was obviously less than in the higher BMI group.In female patients,age,height,weight and BMI were greater related with BMD.The coefficients of age and weight related BMD were higher than height and BMI related BMD.The main factors affecting BMD in lumbar and femur neck were age and weight,and in trochanter were age and BMI.In male patients,although weight and BMI were better respectively related with BMD in lumbar ,femur neck and trochanter,the important factor affecting BMD was weight.Conclusion:As female age rising and weight falling,their BMD are getting less.While low BMI male patients are usually getting less BMD.
