| 摘 要： | 目的研究平车前(Plantago depressa Willd)的化学成分。方法采用体积分数95%乙醇提取,硅胶、ODS和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离得到7个化合物,分别为熊果酸(ursolic acid,1),大车前苷(plantamajoside,2),洋丁香酚苷(acteoside,3),车前草苷D(plantainoside D,4),大车前草苷(majoroside,5),10-羟基大车前草苷(10-hydroxymajoroside,6)和京尼平苷酸(geniposidic acid,7)。结论除了洋丁香酚苷之外,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中获得。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Plantago depressa Willd.METHODS The constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silicagel,ODS and Sephadex LH-20 column.Compounds were identified by physicochemical and spectral data.RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and identified as ursolic acid(1),plantamajoside(2),acteoside(3),plantainoside D(4),majoroside(5),10-hydroxymajoroside(6),geniposidic acid(7).CONCLUSION But for acteoside,all the compounds were isolated from Plantago depressa willd for the first time. |
