糖尿病心肌病大鼠血浆肾上腺髓质素水平的变化趋势及其意义

摘    要:目的观察糖尿病性心肌病大鼠血浆肾上腺髓质素(ADM)的动态变化。方法Wistar大鼠分为:1个月对照组和糖尿病组(各7只);3个月对照组和糖尿病组(各7只);5个月对照组和糖尿病组(各8只)。分别于1,3,5月程经心脏采血留取血浆标本,采用放免法检测血浆ADM浓度,并留取相应月程大鼠的左心室组织块行透射电镜扫描。结果电镜检查示糖尿病大鼠于病程3个月时已表现出明显的心肌病变。糖尿病大鼠1,3月程时血浆ADM浓度(17.59±9.78,19.09±5.59)显著高于相应对照组(7.39±3.29,7.91±4.74);5月程(10.41±3.97)显著低于1,3个月程。结论ADM在糖尿病心肌病的病理生理中发挥重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the dynamic change of plasma adrenomedullin(ADM) levels in rats with diabetic cardiomyopathy. Methods Wistar rats were divided into three groups:1-month group?3-month group and 5-month group including control and streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats.Plasma ADM concentration was determined with RIA assay and histological analysis of the left ventricle was performed with electron microscope. Results Significant lesions of cardiomyopathy appeared in diabetic rats in the 3rd month. Plasma ADM levels in 1-month group and 3-month group of diabetic rats significantly higher than that in controls respectively. ADM levels in 5-month group were significantly decreased compared with 1-month and 3-month groups in diabetic rats. Conclusion ADM may play an important role in the pathophysiology of diabetic cardiomyopathy.
