| 摘 要： | 通过总结护理不良事件概念、分类、分析方法和发展，归纳分析现存不良事件管理问题以及影响因素，就建立患者安全文化，完善不良事件上报系统，提倡无惩罚、鼓励原则等措施进行讨论，为护理不良事件的后续发展提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | By summarizing the concept, classiifcation, analysis methods and development of nursing adverse events, we analyzed the existing problems and influencing factors of nursing adverse events management, discussed the corresponding measures, such as building patients safety culture and advocating the non-punitive and voluntary rule, and then provided theoretical basis for clinical application. |
