下鼻甲切除与鼻内镜下等离子射频技术在慢性肥厚性鼻炎中的疗效对比

摘    要:目的:探讨下鼻甲切除与鼻内镜下等离子射频技术在慢性肥厚性鼻炎治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者200例,随机分为观察组100例行鼻内镜下等离子射频技术治疗,对照组100例行下鼻甲切除治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者临床治愈率83.0%、有效率97.0%,明显高于对照组的62.0%、86.0%,两组差异比较具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组患者治疗后并发症发生率2.7%,明显小于对照组的14.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论鼻内镜下等离子射频技术相比较于下鼻甲切除治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎均具有较好的临床效果,临床治愈率高,术后并发症发生率低,具有更好的临床应用意义,值得进一步推广。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of inferior turbinate resection and plasma radio frequency technology under nasal endoscope in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Methods 200 cases of patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group of 100 cases who used plasma radio frequency under nasal endoscope and the control group of 100 cases who used inferior turbinate resection for treatment, clinical curative ef-fect of two groups of patients was compared. Results The clinical cure rate of the observation group was 83.0%, effective rate was 97.0%,significantly higher than 62%, 86%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05). The incidence of complications after treatment of the observation group was 2.7%, significantly lower than 14% of the control group, the differ-ence was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion Plasma radio frequency technology under nasal endoscope has a better clini-cal effect than the inferior turbinate resection in treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis, its clinical cure rate is high, with low incidence of complications,which has a better clinical application that worthy of further promotion.
