肿瘤化疗消化道症状综合评分系统软件的临床应用

目的：探讨肿瘤化疗消化道症状综合评分系统软件对化疗患者消化道症状管理的临床应用效果。方法：使用课题组前期构建的肿瘤化疗消化道症状综合评分系统,结合计算机和网络构建的患者参与、医护人员共同管理的化疗消化道症状综合评分软件系统,对2012年4-10月的144例住院化疗患者的消化道症状相关资料进行采集、录入、数据统计与分析等,进行使用测试。结果：该软件临床应用方便,信息收集完整,数据处理快捷,数据查询、统计快速准确,数据库维护安全可靠,可为医务人员临床决策提供信息。结论：该软件能有效地进行消化道症状动态评估和监测,科学系统地收集患者信息,为化疗患者消化道症状的管理、科学研究以及患者应用网络系统报告临床结局等提供帮助。

Clinical application of comprehensive scoring system software of chemotherapy-related gastrointestinal symptoms

Objective： To explore the clinical application effects of the comprehensive scoring system software on management of chemotherapy-related gastrointestinal symptoms. Methods： The previous established software for comprehensive scoring system of chemotherapy-related gastrointestinal symptoms was used, which utilized the computer and network technology and was managed by health care workers and patients together. Data of 144 patients with chemotherapy-related gastrointestinal symptoms from 2012 April to October were acquired, input and analyzed. Results： The software has been used for 6 months. It is convenient for clinics. The gathered information is complete and the software processes quickly. Data query and statistics were quick and accurate, and data maintenance were safe and reliable. It can be used to provide information for clinical decision making in medical staff. Conclusion： The software can effectively carry out the dynamic estimation and monitoring for chemotherapy-related gastrointestinal symptoms and scientifically gather the information of patients. It builds up a good basis for the management and scientific research on the gastrointestinal symptoms of chemotherapy patients and also a good basis for the network report result by patients.
