吲哚布芬联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床观察

目的：研究吲哚布芬联合氯吡格雷在不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）治疗方面的效果。方法对本院收治的不稳定心绞痛（UAP）患者150例进行随机分组，分别为观察组与对照组，每组各75例。对照组，口服阿司匹林以及氯吡格雷；观察组，口服吲哚布芬以及氯吡格雷。治疗6周后，分析评价观察组和对照组两组的临床治疗效果。结果疗程结束后，两组患者心绞痛频率和持续时间均降低，观察组发作频率（3.1±1.1）次/d，持续时间（42.1±2.7）d，与对照组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。观察组总有效率达94.6%，对照组达88%，观察组总有效率显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组仅有3例轻微出血症状，1例白细胞减少反应，不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论联合运用吲哚布芬与氯吡格雷对不稳定性心绞痛治疗的治疗较好的临床效果，值得临床推广。

Clinical Analysis of Treatment on the unstable angina pectoris with In-dobufen and Clopidogrel

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Indobufen and Clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods 150 patients were enrolled in this study and were randomly divided into observation group （n=75） and control group （n=75）. The patients in the observation group were given Indobufen and Clopidogrel, while the control group were given aspirin and Clopidogrel. And the frequency and duration of UAP were compared between two groups after 6 weeks. Results After the therapy, angina frequency and duration of two groups were significantly decreased （P〈0.05）,but the observation group had a better outcome. The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.6%, the control group was 88%, total effective rate of observation group is obviously better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.In observation group, and only 1 case showed the decrease of WBC and 3 cases were hemorrhage. The incidence of adverse reaction was lower than the control group with significant difference （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Indobufen and Clopidogrel was safer and decrease the frequency and duration of UAP.
