调查分析大通县妇女乳腺癌发病情况及临床病理学特点

目的调查分析大通县妇女乳腺癌发病情况及临床病理学特点,以能够为女性乳腺癌的预防和治疗提供依据。方法采用统计方法对我县2008年1月—2013年12月确诊治疗的102例患者的临床资料,并观察本组患者的发病情况及临床病理特点。结果本组102例患者中36~45岁有32例,占31.37%,46~55岁有38例,占37.25%;干部23例,占22.55%,教师18例,占17.65%,农民52例,占50.98%;组织学类型以浸润性非特殊性为主,占81.37%。粘液腺癌和浸润性导管癌转移率较高,分别占66.67%和58.18%。结论本地区乳腺癌发病人群以中老年妇女和工作人群为主,并且本组患者早期发现乳腺癌疾病率较低,对于中老年妇女早期开展乳腺癌普查和体检对预防乳腺癌具有重要的意义和价值。

Mucinous carcinoma and infiltrating ductal carcinoma metastasis rate is higher, respectively, 66.67% and 58.18%. Conclusion The incidence of breast cancer in older women and local cadres and workers, the group of patients with early breast cancer was found in early stage disease rate is low, middle and old aged women to carry out the census and the examination of breast cancer has an important meaning and value for the prevention of breast cancer.
