广州市三级甲等医院手术室护士核心能力现状及其影响因素的研究

目的：调查广州市三级甲等医院手术室护士核心能力现状,探讨其影响因素。方法：采用＂中国注册护士核心能力量表＂对广州市8家三级甲等医院408名手术室护士进行问卷调查,并分析人口社会学特征对其核心能力的影响。结果：手术室护士核心能力总分为（161.49±3.70）分,各条目平均得分为（2.78±0.44）分。其中,法律/伦理实践维度得分最高,评判性思维与科研维度得分最低;职称和手术室工作年限是手术室护士核心能力的影响因素。结论：广州市三级甲等医院手术室护士的核心能力处于中上水平,但仍须提高;核心能力水平受多种因素影响,护理管理者应采取有针对性的措施,提高手术室护士的核心能力。

Core competency and the influencing factors among nurses in operating rooms of tertiary Grade A hospitals in Guangzhou

Objective： To explore the current status and influencing factors of core competency among nurses in operating rooms of tertiary Grade A hospitals in Guangzhou. Methods： A total of 408 nurses in operating rooms of 8 tertiary Grade A hospitals in Guangzhou were recruited and completed the Competency Inventory for Registered Nurses. Results： The mean score of core competency was 161.49±3.70 and mean item score was 2.78±0.44. The highest dimension score was legal/ethical practice（2.93±0.61）, and the lowest dimension score was critical thinking/research（2.66±0.64）. The professional titles and working years in operating room are influencing factors of core competence of nurses in operation room.Conclusions： The core competence among nurses in operating rooms of tertiary Grade A hospitals in Guangzhou is in medium to high level and still need to be improved. The core competency among nurses in operating room is influenced by various factors. Nursing managers should take effective measures to improve the core competence among nurses in operating room.
