组内合作式培训对实习护士护理技能及培训满意度的影响

目的：探讨组内合作式培训在实习护士中的应用效果。方法：将60名急诊实习护士随机分为两组，对照组采用传统培训模式，观察组采用组内合作式培训模式，比较两组的培训效果。结果：观察组急救理论知识、单项急救操作、仪器操作及综合急救能力评分高于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组进入工作后，抢救成功率无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。观察组的急诊手术准备时间、急诊后入病房时间少于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组培训满意度（除提高急救能力外）、医生的满意度高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：组内合作式培训可激发实习护士团队合作意识，调动学习自觉性，提高护理操作技能。

Effect of group cooperation training on nursing skills and training satisfaction of practicing nurse

Objective：To explore the application effect of group cooperation training in the probationer nurse. Methods：Sixty emergency probationer nurses were randomly divided into two groups. The control group accepted the traditional training, while the observation group was given group cooperation training. Training effects were compared between two groups. Results：The emergency ifrst aid knowledge, ifrst aid skills, equipment operation and comprehensive emergency ability scores in the observation group were statistically higher than those in the control group （P＆lt;0.05）. The emergency rescue success rate was not statistically different between two groups （P＆gt;0.05）. The preparation time for both emergency operation and emergency ward hospitalization in the observation group was statistically less than the control group （P＆lt;0.05）. Training satisfaction and doctor satisfaction in the observation group were statistically higher than those in the control group （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion：Group cooperation training could stimulate the practice nurse team cooperation consciousness and active learning to improve nursing skills.
