反复发作癔症性精神病心理治疗对照研究

目的研究反复发作癔症性精神病心理治疗的效果,为临床治疗提供依据。方法选取2011年4月—2013年4月我院收治的反复发作癔症性精神病患者90例,在患者及家属知情同意下,并符合医学伦理学标准,按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组45例,两组均给予常规药物治疗,对照组给予暗示疗法,研究组给予电厌恶疗法治疗,随访患者1年,比较两组的临床疗效和社会康复率。结果研究组总有效率86.7%（39/45）,对照组总有效率为84.4%（38/45）,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;研究组社会康复率为92.3%（36/39）显著高于对照组的39.5%（15/38）,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论电厌恶疗法治疗反复发作癔症性精神病临床疗效与暗示疗法相当,但是电厌恶疗法具有较好的社会康复率。

Hysterical psychosis treatment of recurrent episodes of psychological control study

Objective To study the effect of repeated episodes of hysterical psychosis psychotherapy provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods April 2011 to April 2013 recurrent psychosis hysteria 90 patients in our hospital, the patients and their families informed consent, and in accordance with medical ethics standards, according to a random number table, patients were divided into study group and control group 45 cases, two groups were given conventional therapy, the control group was given suggestion therapy, study group was given electric aversion therapy, patients were followed up for 1 year, two groups were compared the clinical efficacy and social rehabilitation rate. Results The overall response rate was 86.7%（39/45）, the control group, the total effective rate was 84.4%（38/45）, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）; social rehabilitation study group was 92.3%（36/39） was significantly higher than the 39.5%（15/38）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Electric aversion therapy for recurrent psychosis hysteria suggestion therapy clinical efficacy and fairly, but electric aversion therapy has a better social rehabilitation rate.
