磷酸肌酸钠与神经节苷脂早期治疗新生儿重度窒息的疗效观察

摘    要:目的研究磷酸肌酸钠联合神经节苷脂对早期治疗新生儿中重度窒息的治疗效果。方法研究对象取自于2012年5月—2013年8月,我院接诊的76例重度窒息复苏新生儿。治疗前,全体患儿均接受常规干预,直至内环境稳定在正常值后,将76例患儿随机均分对照组与观察组。对照组患儿使用脑活素、胞二磷胆碱进行治疗。观察组患儿出生后3h内,注射250mg/(kg·d)的磷酸肌酸钠,并联用20mg/d神经节苷脂进行治疗。观察并记录两组患儿临床体征,定期对患者进行神经行为评(NBNA),治疗结束后,查看患儿心脏、肠胃等器官的受损情况。结果相较于对照组,观察组患儿在第7天和第14天临床体征恢复时间更快,且神经行为评分值明显高于对照组。另外,对照组患儿脏器损伤发生率即肠胃功能障碍发生率对照组和观察组分别为31.6%,13.2%;障碍发生率对照组和观察组分别为39.5%,10.6%;胃功能障碍发生率对照组和观察组分别为61.2%,23.7%。对照组明显比观察组更高。结论磷酸肌酸钠联合神经节苷脂,早期治疗新生儿重度窒息效果显著,能有效提高治愈率,适合于临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To study the joint ganglioside sodium phosphocreatine treatment effect of early treatment of moderately severe asphyxia in newborn babies.Methods The research object from in May 2012 to August 2013, our hospital departments of 76severe neonatal asphyxia recovery.Before the treatment, all the children accept conventional intervention, until the internal environment stable after normal, 76 children randomly divide the control group and observation group.Children with the control group using brain fuel element, cytidine diphosphate choline for treatment.Observation group with 3 hours after birth, injection of 250mg/(kg·d) creatine phosphate sodium, in parallel with 20mg/d ganglioside for treatment.Observe and record two groups of children with clinical signs, neurobehavioral evaluation(NBNA) was performed on a regular basis, after the treatment, see the children with heart, intestines and stomach and other organs damage.Results Compared with control group and observation group with clinical signs of recovery time, faster, and neurobehavioral score values are significantly higher than the control group.In addition, the control group with visceral injury incidence significantly higher than in observation group.Conclusion Joint ganglioside sodium phosphocreatine, early treatment of neonatal severe asphyxia effect is remarkable, and can effectively improve the cure rate and is suitable for clinical application.
