护理本科生主观职业障碍与专业自我概念的相关性分析

摘    要:目的:调查护理本科生主观职业障碍与专业自我概念的现状,并分析两者的关系,为护理教育者进行就业指导提供参考依据。方法:采用大学生主观职业障碍问卷、护理专业自我概念量表对378名护理本科生进行调查。结果:护理本科生的主观职业障碍总均分为(2.23±0.26)分,专业自我概念总均分为(2.90±0.32)分,专业自我概念各维度得分与主观职业障碍得分均呈负相关(P〈0.01)。回归分析显示,技能、沟通交流、满意度是主观职业障碍的重要预测变量。结论:护理教育者应根据护理本科生专业自我概念的特点,进一步稳定其专业思想,降低主观职业障碍。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the current status of perceived career barriers and professional self-concept among nursing undergraduate students, to analyze the relationship between the two variables, and to provide employment guidance references for nursing educators. Methods:A total of 378 nursing undergraduate students were investigated by using the Perceived Career Barriers Questionnaire and Professional Self-concept of Nurses Instrument. Results:The mean scores of the perceived career barriers and professional self-concept were (2.23±0.26) and (2.90±0.32), respectively. The two variables were negatively correlated (P〈0.01), Regression analysis showed that the skills, communication, and satisfaction were the inlfuencing factors of perceived career barriers. Conclusion:Nursing educators should provide corresponding guidance for students in different level of professional self-concept to help them stabilize their professional attitudes and reduce their perceived career barriers.
