58副磁性附着体义齿常见问题的临床研究

目的：观察磁性附着体在口腔义齿修复中出现的并发症，探讨相应的处理方法。方法：对53例患者，58副义齿，123个磁性附着体随访2-6年，平均3年。结果：基托折断8件，衔铁松脱6个，衔铁磨损4个，磁铁松脱5个，基牙龈炎24个，基牙松动拔除7个，牙根折裂1个。结论：磁性附着体能提高可摘义齿的固位力，出现的问题都可以通过选择合适的适应证、正确的操作、修复后定期随访进行预防和处理。

The clinical research of the common complication of 58 magnetic-attachment dentures

Objective： To find out the complications and solutions of the magnetic attachments used in oral denture prostheses. Methods： 58 dentures were made with 123 magnetic attachments in 53 patients, which were followed up for 2～6 years, an average of 3 years. Results：8 dentures out of the 58 were fractured. Among the 123 keepers,6 were loose or fell off ,4 were abraded clearly. For the magnets, 5 of which were found to be loose or fell out. Signs of gingivitis were found in 24 of the 123 abutments. 7 roots were pulled out because of looseness, and another root was found fractured. Conclusion：Magnetic attachments can improve the retention force of the dentures. And the complications can be prevented or solved by appropriate selection of the candidates, correct operation, and regular follow-up during function.
