针刺对维吾尔族单纯性肥胖患者瘦素抵抗及相关指标的影响

目的:观察针刺对维吾尔族单纯性肥胖症患者体质指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、血清瘦素水平、神经肽Y等指标的影响,研究针刺治疗单纯性肥胖症的机理.方法:30例维吾尔族单纯性肥胖患者采用体针结合电针方法治疗,两个疗程后观察疗效及治疗前后各指标的变化.结果:临床总有效率80.0%,BMI、WHR减少,血清瘦素水平下降(P＜0.001).结论:维吾尔族单纯性肥胖患者体内可能存在瘦素抵抗,针刺能够降低肥胖机体外周瘦素含量.

Effects of acupuncture on leptin level and relative factors in the simple obesity Uigur patient

Objective To observe effects of acupuncture on BMI, WHR and serum levels of leptin and neuropeptide Y in simple obesity Uigur patients to research the mechanism of acupuncture in slimming. Methods Thirty simple obesity Uigur patients were treated with body acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture. Two courses later, their therapeutic effects were observed. And the above indexes were determined before and after treatment. Results The clinical total effective rate was 80.0%, and BMI, WHR, and the serum leptin level decreased (P<0.001). Conclusion Uigur patients of simple obesity possibly exist resistance of leptin and acupuncture can decrease the peripheral leptin content.
