早产儿侧卧位固定垫制作与应用

目的研究早产儿侧卧位固定垫制作与临床应用效果。方法选择我院小儿内科需入婴儿培养箱的早产儿99例,随机分为对照组（不用早产儿侧卧位固定垫）39例,观察组（应用早产儿侧卧位固定垫）60例。观察早产儿呕吐后窒息发生率、呼吸困难发生率、呼吸暂停发生率、颅内出血发生率、缺血缺氧性脑病发生率、病死率及家长、医护的满意度等。结果观察组早产儿呕吐后窒息发生率3.33%,呼吸困难发生率51.67%,呼吸暂停的发生率41.67%,颅内出血发生率26.67%,缺血缺氧性脑病发生率38.33%;对照组早产儿呕吐后窒息发生率51.28%,呼吸困难发生率76.92%,呼吸暂停的发生率66.67%,颅内出血发生率46.15%,缺血缺氧性脑病发生率64.10%,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,病死率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,家长的满意度、医护满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论早产儿侧卧位固定垫制作工艺简单,临床效果确切,值得推广应用。

The research of the fixation pad production and clinical application for premature infants in lateral position

Objective To study the fixation pad execution and clinical application effection for premature infants in lateral position. Methods The 99 premature infants which need in cultivator in pediatrics of Zaozhuang municipal hospital were randomly divided into control group（without the fixation pad in lateral position） 39 cases and the observation group （with the fixation pad in lateral position） 60 cases. The occurrence rate of asphyxia after vomits,dyspneic respiration,cyanoderma, intracranial hemorrhage,hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,death and parents and medical worker satisfaction were observed in this research. Results In the observation group, the occurrence rate of asphyxia after vomits was 3.33% （2/60）.The rate of dyspneic respiration was 51.67% （31/60）. The rate of cyanoderma , intracranial hemorrhage and hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy was 41.67% （25/60）, 26.67% （16/60） and38.33% （23/60） respective. These data in the observation group were lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. While the rate of death were no different between two groups（P〉0.05 ）. The parents and staff satisfaction in the observation group were apparently higher than the control group. Conclusion The production of the fixation pad for premature infants in lateral position is simple, and has precise clinical effect.It should be applied for many premature infants.
