| 摘 要： | 目的 研究胃癌组织中血管内皮生长因子D(vascular endothelial growth factor-D,VEGF-D)的表达情况及其意义.方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测76例胃癌组织中VEGF-D的表达情况,同时应用Podophnin标记淋巴管,检测胃癌组织中的微淋巴管密度(lymphatic microvessel density,LMVD).结果 76例胃癌组织中VEGF-D的阳性表达率为52.6%,癌周正常组织中未见VEGF-D抗原表达.VEGF-D的阳性表达率与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).胃癌组织中的LMVD明显高于癌周正常组织(P＜0.01).LMVD与VEGF-D表达、肿瘤TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关(P均＜0.01).结论 胃癌细胞可分泌VEGF-D,它通过诱导淋巴管生成来促进胃癌经淋巴道转移.VEGF-D和LMVD可作为预测胃癌淋巴转移的重要指标.
