| 摘 要： | RNA干扰(RNAi)是近年发展起来的一种阻抑基因表达的新方法,该技术通过双链RNA的介导,可以特异性地阻断或降低相应基因的表达。在肿瘤研究中,通过RNAi技术可以选择性地抑制人类肿瘤相关基因的表达,从而抑制肿瘤细胞的生长。该技术的应用为癌症的基因治疗提供了新的方法。本文综述了小干扰RNA(siRNA)、微小RNA(miRNA)的生成和作用机制以及RNAi在肿瘤研究中的应用。
