侧切横缝松解术治疗陈旧性肛裂172例疗效观察

目的为观察和比较两种手术方法治疗陈旧性肛裂的临床疗效。方法将300例陈旧性肛裂患者随机分成2组,治疗组172例,采用侧切横缝松解术治疗;对照组128例,采用后位切扩术治疗,观察两组疗效、并发症等情况。结果治疗组在疗程、并发症等方面均优于对照组,且该术式操作简便,易于掌握,并发症少,愈合时间短,效果确切。结论侧切横缝松解术是治疗陈旧性肛裂较为满意的手术方法。

Therapeutic effects observation of 172 cases of lateral incision cross-sectional suture and lysis in treatment of chronic anal fissure

[objective] This study made the observation and the comparison of therapeutic effects of two procedures for chronic anal fissure. [Method] 300 patients with chronic anal fissure were randomly divided into two groups:172 were treated by lateral incision in the treated group and 128 to posterior entended incision in the controlled group. Then the therapeutic effects and complications in both groups were observed. [Result] As results, in treatment course, complication, etc, former therapy was superior to latter one and this procedure has the advantages such as easy to perform. simple manipulation, less complication, shorter healing time and reliable effects, etc. [Conclusions] The procedure received by treated group was a satisfied procedure in therapeutic effects for chronic anal fissure.
