| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定降压宁胶囊中芍药苷含量的方法。方法采用Kromasil C18色谱柱（5μm，150nm×4．6nm），以乙腈-水-冰醋酸（28：72：0．5）为流动相，流速1．0ml／min；柱温30℃；检测波长为230nm；进样量10μl。结果芍药苷在0．3165—1．8990μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9998）。平均回收率为99．39％（RSD=0．81％）。结论该方法快速、简便，结果准确，可用于降压宁胶囊中芍药苷的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Jiangyaning capsules. Methods The determination was performed on Kromasil C18 （5 Ym, 150 nm × 4. 6 nm）, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water-acetic acid（ 28：72：0. 5 ）with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The column temperature was 30℃ ; the detecation wavelength was 230nm and the sample size was 10 μl. Results Good linear relationship with peak area occurred when the sample size of paeoniflorin was at a range of 0. 316 5-1. 899 0 μg （ r = 0. 999 8 ）. The average recoveries were 99. 39% （ RSD = 0. 81% ）. Conclusion This method is qiuekly and easy with accurate results,it can be used for the assaying and quality control of paeoniflorin in Jiangyaning capsules. |
