摘    要:目的研究不同强度运动对大鼠脂代谢和血清瘦素水平的影响。方法50只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、高脂组、高脂加120min、80min及40min运动组,3个运动组大鼠在高脂饮食同时均进行12周相应强度的游泳运动。实验结束后测定大鼠体重,采用酶法测定胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),用终点法测定载脂蛋白AI(ApoAI)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB),采用放射免疫法测定血清瘦素和睾酮。结果运动使高脂饮食大鼠TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显降低(P<0.05)、血清瘦素水平和体重也显著降低(P<0.01),使HDL-C及载脂蛋白A含量明显升高(P<0.05);40min和80min运动对高脂饮食大鼠血生化的有益影响均优于120min运动。结论小、中等运动量活动可引起高脂饮食大鼠血清瘦素水平下降等一系列有益生化改变,是预防高脂血症的较好方法。

Abstract:Objective To explore effects of different swimming time on the serum leptin and lipid metabolism in high-fat fed rats.Methods 50 Wistar rats ,males,6 weeks years old, were randomly divided into 5 groups:controlled, high-fat fed, high-fat fed with 40 min swimming,80 min swimming or120 min swimming a day, respectively.Training lasts 12 weeks of 5 days a week.Serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), lower density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),apoliproteinAI and apoliproteinB,leptin,testosterone and body weight were determined.Results The hypercholesterole mia was established after 12 weeks of high-fat feeding in rats; the serum TC,TG,LDL-C, body weight and leptin of the rats was significantly reduced by training; the serum HDL-C and ApoA-I of the rats was significantly increased; the benefit of the exercises on the blood biochemistry changes of 40 min and 80 min swimming groups were better than 120 min swimming group.Conclusion Minor and medium exercises activity in rats with high-fat food can cause reduction of serum leptin and a series of beneficial biochemical changes, which is a better way for preventing hypercholesterole mia.
