| 摘 要： | 应用脉冲多普勒超声心动图（ＰＤＥ）观察临界高血压（ＢＨＰ）组和正常对照组各２５例的左心功能和总外周阻力（ＴＰＲ）。结果表明，左心收缩功能两组比较差异不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５），左心舒张功能两组比较差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。总外周阻力ＢＨＰ组增高，两组比较差异极显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果表明ＢＨＰ组左心舒张早期功能受损和总外周阻力增加。

| Abstract: | The measurement of left heart function(LHF)and total peripheral resistance(TPR)of 25 borderline hypertension patients(BHP)and 25 controls by means of PDE were performed.The results indicated that the difference of the systolic function of left heart between the group of BHP and control is not prominent(P>0.05), while the difference of the diastolic function of left heart is prominent(P<0.05) and the difference of TPR between them is also prominent (P<0.01).The conclusion is that the diastolic function of left heart of the BHP group is damaged and the TPR is increased in borderline hypertension patients. |
