中医分阶段辨证治疗银屑病关节炎58例疗效观察

目的：观察中医分阶段辨证治疗银屑病关节炎的临床疗效。方法：对58例患者采用中医分阶段辨证治疗。第一阶段以清热解毒、活血祛风为法，方用克银方（由白鲜皮、金银花、连翘、土茯苓、生地黄、白茅根、苦参、防风、地肤子、丹参、鸡血藤、当归等组成）治疗；第二阶段以清热除湿、通络止痛为法，方用湿热痹合剂（由雷公藤、海风藤、宽筋藤、黄柏、土茯苓、苍术、薏苡仁、赤小豆、姜黄、木通、川芎等组成）治疗。结果：银屑病与关节炎均临床治愈16例，银屑病治愈而关节炎显效15例，银屑病显效而关节炎治愈者10例，两者均好转17例。结论：中医分阶段辨证治疗银屑病关节炎具有明显的临床疗效。

Treatment of Psoriatic Arthritis by TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment in Different Stages: A Clinical Observation of 58 Cases

Objective: To observe the curative effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment in different stages (SDT) of psoriatic arthritis (PA). Methods: 58 cases were treated by TCM with SDT. The therapeutic method of clearing heat, removing toxic substance, activating blood circulation and expelling wind, and Keyin Fang (composed of Cortex Dictamni, Flos Lonicerae, Fructus Forsythiae, Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae, Radix Rehmanniae, Rhizoma Imperatae, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Radix Saposhnikoviae, Fructus Kochiae, Radix Salviae Miltior-rhizae, Caulis Spatholobi and Radix Angelicae Sinensis) was applied for the treatment of first stage. The therapeutic method of clearing heat and damp, dredging collaterals and alleviating pain, and Shirebi Mixture (composed of Radix et Folium Tripterygii Wil-fordii, Caulis Piperis Kadsurae, Caulis Tinosporae Sinensis, Cortex Phellodendri, Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae, Rhizoma Atractylodis, Semen Coicis, Semen Phaseoli, Rhizoma Curcumae Longae, Radix Akebiae and Rhizoma Chuanxiong) was applied for the treatment of second stage. Results: 16 cases of psoriasis and arthritis were clinically cured, 15 cases of psoriasis were cured but arthritis were markedly effective, 10 cases of psoriasis were markedly effective but arthritis were cured and 17 cases of both psoriasis and arthritis were improved. Conclusion: TCM with SDT is markedly effective for PA.
