| 摘 要： | 目的:观察益气通脉汤治疗痰瘀闭阻型中风后遗症的疗效.方法:选择中风恢复期患者80例,服用自拟益气通脉汤,并随症加减,配合针刺及功能锻炼.结果:80例中,治愈12例,显效29例,有效34例,无效5例,有效率为93.75%.结论:痰瘀闭阻型中风后遗症以气虚为本,痰瘀闭阻脉络为标,治疗以益气活血,化痰通络为主,取得良好疗效.
