摘    要:本文报道(1-萘甲氧基)乙酸二烷氨基乙酯盐酸盐(4,5)的合成。药理实验表明,本化合物(4,5)对小鼠学习记忆有促进作用。新化合物(4,5)的结构经核磁共振谱、红外光谱及元素分析所证实。

Abstract:Dimethylaminoethyl (1-naphthalenyl methoxy) acetate hydrochloride and diethylaminoethyl (1-naphthaienyl methoxy) acetate hydrochloride were synthesized. Experimental results showed that these two compounds improved scopolamine-induced impairment of acquisition of memory in mice. The structures of the two new compounds were cinfirmed by NMR, IR spectra and elementary analysis.
