口腔白色过角化病与白斑的治疗--国内文献的循证医学分析

目的 分析探讨目前国内治疗口腔白色过角化病与白斑的最佳方案。方法 按照Sackett提出的分类法将文献中的治疗方案分类，对近30年的国内有关文献进行循证医学分析。结果 没有一种治疗方案设计了大样本随机对照临床试验，仅一个方案可归入B类，其余15个是C类或仅仅是学者的经验总结，因此无法进行meta分析。结论 就已有的文献来说，维胺酸可纳入治疗白斑的一线药物。

Treatment of Oral Hyperkeratosis and Oral Leukoplakia: An Evidence-based Medicine Analysis of Domestic Literature

Objective To select the best way of therapy on oral hyperkeratosis and leukoplakia in China. Methods An evidence-based medicine(EBM) analysis was performed to study the domestic literature published in near thirty years one by one. The criteria defined by Sackett were applied to establish the level of proof. Results There is no large trial with randomized controlls and only 1 level B trial. The others are level C trials or only introduction of personal experience. Thus the meta analysis can not be done. Conclusions As far as the published articles, retinamide may be the first-line therapy for oral leukoplakia.
