认知行为团体辅导对汶川地震伤员焦虑及抑郁情绪的影响

目的探讨认知行为团体辅导对地震伤员焦虑抑郁状态的影响。方法根据焦虑、抑郁程度,对48例地震伤员进行以认知教育和行为干预为主要内容的团体辅导,采用Zung编制的焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxie-tyscale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(self-ratin depression scale,SDS)评定辅导前后伤员的焦虑和抑郁状况。结果团体辅导前后地震伤员的SAS和SDS得分均显著高于国内常模。团体辅导后伤员的SAS和SDS得分显著低于辅导前,焦虑和抑郁阳性率明显下降,阳性患者的症状分级程度也较辅导前明显减轻。结论地震伤员存在一定程度的焦虑和抑郁状态,认知行为团体辅导可缓解地震伤员的焦虑和抑郁。

Influence of congnition-behavioral group counseling on anxiety and depression in the persons wounded in Wenchuan earthquake

Objective To explore the influence of congnition-behavioral group counseling on anxiety and depression in persons wounded in Wenchuan earthquake. Methods According to the degree of anxiety and depression of the wounded, we carried out congnition-behavioral group counseling to 48 wounded persons. Zung＇s self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）and self rating depression scale（SDS） were applied to make an assessment pre and post intervention. Results The mean standard score of anxiety and depression are significantly higher than that of the normal be- fore and after intervention. The mean standard score of anxiety and depression are significantly lower at postinter- vention than that of at preqntervention, Both the incidence and severity of anxiety and depression were relieved after intervention. Conclusion Most persons wounded in the earthquake were in anxiety and depression condition, and congnition-behavioral group counseling could effectively release their anxiety and depression.
