APC蛋白在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达

目的 探讨抑癌基因APC蛋白在非小细胞肺癌发生及发展中的作用和意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测25例肺鳞癌、26例肺腺癌、12例肺其它癌及8例正常或非癌肺组织中APC基因蛋白产物的表达水平。结果 正常和非癌肺组织APC蛋白阳性率为100％（8／8），肺鳞癌、腺癌和其它类型的肺癌组织中的APC蛋白阳性率分别为52．0％（13／25），50．0％（13／26）和41．7％（5／12）。APG蛋白在正常或非癌肺组织中表达的阳性率，显著高于肺鳞癌、肺腺癌及其他类型肺癌组织（P〈0．05）。非小细胞肺癌组织中APC蛋白表达与组织类型、病理分级、分化程度无关。结论 APC蛋白表达缺失可能是非小细胞肺癌发生的重要原因之一。

Expression of APC gene protein in non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To explore the role of antioncogene APC protein in the development aned progress of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Expression of APC protein was examined with immunohistochemical technique in 8 cases of normal or non-malignant lung tissue,25 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,26cases of adenocarcinoma and 12 cases of other category of lung cancer.Results APC protein was found in 8/8(100%) cases of normal lung tissue,13/25(52%) cases of squamous cell carcinoma,13/26(50%) cases of adenocarcinoma and 5/12(41.7%) cases of other category of lung cancer.The expression rate was significantly higher in normal or non-malignant lung tissue than that in cancer tissue(P<0.05).No significant correlation was found between the expression loss of APC protein and pathological type,stage of pathological,differentiation degree. Conclusion Expression loss of APC protein might play a role in early carcinogenesion in non-small cell lung cancer.
