早期视野改变的青光眼彩色多普勒超声检测

目的 研究早期视野改变的青光眼患者视网膜中央动脉（ＣＲＡ）血流动力学改变情况。方法 ＯＣＴＯ－ＰＵＳ１０１野计检查明确有早期视野改变的青光眼患者２２例（３０只眼）和正常眼１８例（３１只眼）进行彩色多普勒血流显像（ＣＤＦＩ）检查，比较各组收缩期峰值速度（ＰＳＶ）舒张末期速度（ＥＤＶ）和阻力指数（ＲＩ）。结果 青光眼组患者ＰＳＶ及ＥＤＶ均较正常明显降低，Ｐ值〈０．０１，ＲＩ在两我明显差异。结论彩色多民

Early Visual Field Change of Glaucoma Detected by Color Doppler Imaging

Objective To understand the blood flow change of glaucomatous field's early change. Methods Blood flow dynamics of the central retinal artery(CRA)by CDFI was examined in 22 patients(30 eyes)with early visual field change of glaucoma,which were diagnosed by OCTOPUS 101 automated perimetry,and 22 normal subjects(31 eyes).The blood flow of the peak systolic velocity(PSV),the end diastolic velocity(EDV)and resistive index(RI)were examined. Results Both PSV and EDV were much lower in glaucoma group than in control group( P <0 01),whereas RI was not notable( P >0 05). Conclusion CDFI has high sensibility in glaucomatous blood change,and has high value in its'early diagnosis,phamacutial treatment and estimation of prognosis.
