胸部CT扫描对复发性多软骨炎的诊断价值

目的观察复发性多软骨炎的胸部CT表现,探讨胸部CT扫描对复发性多软骨炎的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析了7例复发性多软骨炎的特征性胸部CT表现。结果胸部CT检查主要表现为气管、支气管管腔狭窄、管壁增厚或伴钙化,其中气管壁增厚4例;气管、主支气管狭窄2例;气管软骨变形伴钙化1例。结论胸部CT检查能够准确、快速地评价复发性多软骨炎患者呼吸道的情况,对于复发性多软骨炎的诊断及病情评估具有重要的指导意义。

Diagnostic Value of CT in Relapsing Polychondritis

Objective To study the CT features of replasing polychondritis and to discussed the diagnostic value of CT in replasing polychondritis.Methods CT findings of 7 cases diagnosed replasing polychondritis are analyzed by CT.Results CT demonstrated that the lesions of replasing polychondritis mainly presented the narrowing of tracheal and bronchial cavities,the thickening or/and the calcification of tracheal and bronchial walls.Among the 7 cases there were 4 cases showed trachea stenesis and thickened airway wall in 2 of them.Conclusion The study shown that CT is an accurate and quick approach to evaluate the severity of airway and CT scan are useful in diagnosis of replasing polychondritis.
