| 摘 要： | 目的介绍带筋膜蒂第一掌骨棒移位治疗腕舟骨骨不愈合的方法和疗效。方法１９８７～１９９６年，对４０例４２侧腕舟骨骨不愈合，采用带筋膜蒂第一掌骨棒移位治疗。术中凿取２．０ｃｍ×０．３～０．４ｃｍ第一掌骨近端桡侧骨条，骨条近端骨膜与筋膜形成与骨条相连的筋膜蒂，其宽度超过骨条的２倍。将骨棒置入舟骨骨孔内。术后管型石膏固定３个月。结果术后随访６个月～４年，平均１．５年。按本组功能评定标准：腰部骨折的优良率为９１．７％；近１／３骨折的优良率为２５％；远１／３的优良率为５０％。结论第一掌骨骨棒的优点是包含了骨膜、骨皮质和松质骨，骨瓣有一定的强度和血供，具有成骨及固定双重作用。
