“案例教学法”对学生针灸治疗学成绩影响的比较分析

摘    要:本文以2个年级针灸推拿专业学生为研究对象,通过比较在针灸治疗学课程中,分别采用传统教学法和案例教学法进行施教的学生成绩,对“案例教学法”进行初步评估。结果显示接受案例教学法的学生平均成绩优秀率和优良率均高于接受传统教学法的学生成绩。从而证实通过案例教学法,学生对于病例的分析能力有显著的提高,对于中医基础理论知识的理解也有明显的深入。该案例教学法在一定程度上弥补了临床教学中的不足,使学生在增加了临床经验的同时,把所学的知识系统化、规范化,并为其建立了较为系统的临床辨证论治思维。提前使学生进入从学生到医生的角色转换,为日后的临床实习奠定坚实的理论及临床技能基础。

Abstract:Students of 2 classes majoring in acupuncture were the research subject. They were divided into two groups. The conventional teaching method was for one group and the case example teaching method was for the other in the course of acupuncture treatment. Finally their exam results were compared. It has been found the excellent and good ratio of the second group is higher than the first group. It reveals that students of the second group have markedly improved their analytical ability and understanding of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine. It can make good the shortcomings in clinical study and allow them to transfer from the role of student to doctor., which will lay a solid foundation for their further clinical study and improvement of clinical skills.
