预见性护理对颅脑损伤患者中枢性高热的影响

目的：探讨预见性护理措施对颅脑损伤所致中枢性高热的影响。方法：142例颅脑外伤患者，随机分组预见性护理组及普通护理组，两组患者给予相同的基础护理，预见性护理组在此基础上给与准对中枢性高热的预见性护理措施，观察两组患者中枢性高热发热温度及持续时间。结果：预见性护理组中枢性高热温度39．1℃，普通护理组中枢性高热温度41．4℃，预见性护理组低于普通护理组；预见性护理组发热持续时间3d，普通护理组发热持续时间7d，预见性护理组低于普通护理组。结论：预见性护理能够减少颅脑损伤患者中枢性发热的程度，减少发热持续时间，对颅脑损伤患者中枢性发热具有良好的干预作用。

Effect of predictive nursing to central high fever on patients with craniocerebral injury

Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing to central high fever that were caused by cranioeerebral injury.Methods 142 cases of patients with eraniecerebral injury were randomly divided into commom nursing groups and predictive nursing greups,all patients received same basic nursing,the patients in predictive nursing groups received predictive nursing to central high fever in additional. Temperature and time duration of febrile were observed.Resuhs Temperature of febrile was 39.1 in predictive nursing groups and 41.4 in commom nursing groups,the temperature was higher in commom nursing groups,the time duration of febrile was 3 days in in predictive nursing groups and 7days in commom nursing groups,the time duration of febrile was longer in commom nursing groups.Conclusions predictive nursing could decreased the degree and time duration of central high fever on patients with craniocerebral injury and had a good intervention in central high fever.
