65例良性前列腺中叶增生症患者尿动力学特点分析

目的探讨良性前列腺中叶增生症患者尿动力学特点。方法就155例BPH患者的尿动力学资料，筛选65例中叶增生患者的检查结果进行对比。结果中叶增生的膀胱出口梗阻为92％，逼尿肌不稳为51％，两者皆明显高于非中叶增生患者，低顺应性膀胱发生率为32％，明显高于非中叶增生患者的12％。结论良性前列腺中叶增生患者梗阻症状明显，就诊时间早，病程短，皆有适合手术指征，尽早进行手术治疗，且疗效好。

Analysis of the urodynamic fcatures for 65 patients with benign prostatic middle lobe hyperplasia

Objective To investigate the urodynamic features of benign prostatic middle lobe hyperplasia (BPMH).Methods Among the urodynamic data of 155 BPH cases, 65 cases with BPMH had been selected and compared. Results Wefound 92% of these BPMH patients with bladder outlet obstruction (BOO), 51% with detrusor instability and these two indexeswere both higher than those of the BPH patients without BPMH. On the other hand, the rate of lower compliance bladder was32%, which was obviously higher than that of the BPH patients without BPMH. Conclusion The BPMH patients have moreobvious symptoms of obstruction, so they tend to get treatments earlier, their courses of disease tend to be shorter, and all ofthem are suitable for operation and should be operated on as soon as possible, thus the curative effects are commonly better.
