不同错类型患者治疗前需求的调查分析

目的了解不同错类型患者治疗前的需求,为临床医生制定合适的治疗方案提供参考。方法随机选取Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类错患者300名,按错类型分成三组,每组100名（男、女各半,成人、青少年各半）,在治疗前采用口腔正畸患者治疗需求调查表,由笔者对正畸患者进行调查,记录相应的分值,采用SPSS10.0统计软件进行分析。结果三组患者主动要求矫治意愿无显著差异（P〉0.05）;Ⅲ类患者排齐牙齿、改善面型的愿望较强烈（P〈0.05）;三组患者接受双期、手术矫治的意愿无显著差异（P〉0.05）。结论不同错类型患者治疗前的需求有差异,临床医生治疗前应该针对不同错类型患者的需求制定合适的治疗方案。

Demand analysis to patients with different types of malocclusion before orthodontic treatment

Objective To understand the demand of patients of different types of malocclusion before orthodontic treatment.Methods 300 cases were divided into class I group,class II group and class III group with 100 cases in each group.Males and females were half and half in each group.Adolescent and adult were half and half in each group.The questionnaire investigation was conducted by the first author.At the same time,their score was recorded.The results were statistically analyzed with SPSS 10.0.Results There were no significant differences for demand of orthodontic treatment between the 3 group.Class III group desire to improve dental and facial esthetics(P<0.05).There were no significant differences for demand of 2-phase treatment and surgical-orthodontic correction between the 3 group.Conclusion There were significant differences of the demand of patients with different types of malocclusion before orthodontic treatment.The dentist should establish treatment planning according to the demand of patients.
