| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急诊胃镜在上消化道非静脉曲张性出血诊断治疗中的应用价值.方法:回顾性分析61例上消化道非静脉曲张性出血患者胃镜下治疗效果.结果:61例患者中一次性止血成功55例(90.16%),5例经2次胃镜下止血成功(8.19%).1例死亡(1.6%).出血主要原因依次为消化性溃疡,急性糜烂出血性胃炎,贲门及胃恶性肿瘤,D...

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical value of the emergency endoscopic treatment to the non-variceal bleeding of upper digestive tract.Methods: A retrospective analysis of the effect of endoscopic treatment on 61 patients of non-variceal bleeding of upper digestive tract was conducted.Results: There were 55 cases of initial successful hemostasis in the 61 patients(90.16%) and 5 cases of successful hemostasis after two endoscopic treatments(8.19%).1 patient died(1.6%).The main reasons for bleeding were pep... |
