肺结核合并糖尿病患者68例临床疗效观察

目的观察肺结核合并糖尿病的治疗效果及控制血糖对疗效的影响。方法将我院传染科病房2008年1月至2010年6月收治的68例确诊为肺结核合并糖尿病的患者作为观察组。比较分析其血糖水平对肺结核治疗效果的影响。结果血糖控制良好组的痰菌阴转率、结核病灶吸收好转率及空洞闭合率明显高于血糖控制较差组（P〈0.01）,其疗效依赖于对血糖控制水平。结论血糖控制良好对肺结核的治疗效果有显著影响,在血糖得到有效控制的前提下,抗结核治疗才能收到较好的疗效。

A report of 68 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus

Objective To explore the curative effects and control blood level of glucose of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods 68 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2008 to June 2010.The curative effects and control blood level of glucose of patients were analyzed and the efficacy was compared in patients of these groups.Results The curative effects in patients of the-better-controlled-blood-glucose group were better than the uncontrolled blood glucose group(P<0.01).In addition,the curative effects depended more on blood glucose control.Conclusions Diabetes mellitus has a substantial influence to pulmonary tuberculosis and only blood-glucose under effective control,can the treatment of tuberculosis be resistance to better effect.
