The value comparison of trans-abdominal color dopplar ultrasound and Transvaginal color dopplar ultrasound in diagnosis intrauterine residue after abortion

Objective Analyse the characters of trans-abdominal color dopplar ultrasound and transvaginal color dopplar ultrasound in 95 cases of intrauterine residue after abortion,compare the value of trans-abdominal color dopplar ultrasound and transvaginal color dopplar ultrasound in diagnosis of intrauterine residue after abortion.Methods Collect Dali hospital′s 95 cases of intrauterine residue after abortion with affirmance of currettage and confirmed by pathology,full image datas being hospitalised in our hospital′s Department of Obstetrics and gynecology during 2009.1~2010.6,all the patients took trans-abdominal color dopplar ultrasound and transvaginal color dopplar ultrasound examination at the same time.Results Trans-abdominal color dopplar ultrasound diagnosis were 70 cases during the 95 cases.Transvaginal color dopplar ultrasound diagnosis were 88 cases.The latter detection rate obviously higher than the former.Conclusion Trans-Abdominal color dopplar ultrasound is the efficient diagnosis method,but Transvaginal color dopplar ultrasound can obviously raise the diagnosis rate of detecting intrauterine remnants after abortion.
