妊高征患者分娩前后血清sFas变化及临床意义

目的检测妊娠高血压综合征血清中sFas含量变化及其临床意义。方法应用双抗夹心酶联免疫法(BASEIA)分别检测28例重度、30例中度和28例轻度妊高征患者分娩前后血清可溶性Fas(sFas)水平,并与同期30例年龄相仿的健康妊娠者相比较。结果86例妊高征患者分娩前后血清sFas均较对照组明显增高,且PIH血清中sFas重度>中度>轻度。正常对照组分娩前后sFas降低无统计学意义。结论妊高征组血清sFas含量可以评价PIH的轻重,sFas可做为围产期评价细胞增殖和凋亡的重要指标。

Study on the Changes and Significance of Serum Soluble Fas in Patients with Pregnancy Induced Hypertension(PIH) During the Perinatal Period

Objective To investigate the changes and significance of serum soluble Fas in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH) during the perinatal period. Methods Serum sFas were detected by ELISA in 86 patients (including 28 severe grade patients, 30 middle grade patients and 28 low grade patients), and 30 healthy pregnant women served as normal controls. Results Serum sFas in 86 patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls before and after parturition, serum sFas levels were correlated with disease activity. Serum sFas levels in severe degree PIH were significantly higher than those in other degrees. But there was no difference in Serum sFas between pregnancy and parturition in normal controls. Conclusion PIH patients had higher levels of serum sFas; Serum sFas were related to disease activity. Measurement of them may be helpful to value PIH degree and serum sFas would be become a indicative markers of cell proliferation and apoptosis during the perinatal period.
