| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年慢性肝病患者并发糖尿病的临床特征。方法对42例老年慢性肝病合并糖尿病患者从临床及实验室表现、并发症进行临床分析。结果老年慢性肝病合并糖尿病以消化症状为主要表现,很少出现典型的症状;糖尿病会加重肝功能损害,并发症发生率高。结论严格控制血糖,可减少老年慢性肝病患者并发症的发生,延长患者的生存期。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical characteristic of the aged chronic liver disease complicated with diabetes. Methods To analyze 42 cases of aged chronic liver disease complicated with diabetes, including clinical rnanifestations, laboratory examination and complications. Results Tne main manifestations in the cases are the digestive symptom, the symptom is atypical. The diabetes can aggravate the liver function, and the rates of complications are high. Conclusion Controlling the blood glucose strictly can reduce the incident rate of complications of aged chronic liver diseases and prolong the survival time. |
