| 摘 要： | 报道用反相高效液相色谱外标法测定体内盐酸伪麻黄碱血药浓度的分析方法.血清样品用乙醚/正己烷(1:1)提取,以0.5%硫酸铵-甲醇(65:35)为流动相,紫外λ210nm检测,最低检出浓度为25ng/ml,平均提取回收率为80.4%.本法操作简便、迅速,适用于盐酸伪麻黄碱的血药浓度测定.

| Abstract: | An assay for pseudoephedrine in human serum was developed using reverse phase high-performance liquid chromatography with UV detection at the wavelergth 210nm. The serum sample was extracted by a mixture of n-hexane and diethyl ether. The chro-matographic system comprises PRP-1 C18 as stationary phase and methanol-0.5% (NH4)2SO4 as mobile phase. The recovery was 80. 48%. And minimum detective concentration was 25 ng/ml. The method is suitable for the determination of human serum pseudoephedrine and pharmacokinetic reserches. |
