| 摘 要： | 目的：评价《中国临床药理学杂志》临床治疗随机对照试验论文的设计和撰写现状。方法：逐期逐页人工检索《中国临床药理学杂志》1985（创刊）－2000年中发表的临床治疗试验，根据Cochrane中心手检指南对其中的RCT和CCT进行严格鉴定。结果：16卷68期共刊登临床研究论文166篇，其中RCT34篇，占20．5％，CCT95篇,57．2％。结论：《中国临床药理学杂志》临床治疗随机对照试验论文数呈逐年增加，但也存在一些问题，其质量仍有待提高。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the current situation of the design of the randomized controlled trials in The Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology from 1985 to 2000.Methods:The clinical therapeutic studies in The Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology from 1985 to 2000 were checked over page by page to identify strictly the randomized controlled trials(RCT)and controlled c1inical trials(CCT)according to Cochrane Center handsearch guideline.Result:One hundred and sixty-six papers on c1inical investigations were published in 68 issues covered 16 volumes of The Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology,among which,there were 34 papers of RCT(26.36%),95 papers of CCT(57.2%).Conclusion:A1though the quantity Of RCT in The Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology has been increased significantly year by year,but there still exist some problems,the quality of RCT papers needs more improvement to guarantee RCT to be more precise as it demands. |
