| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胰腺癌的螺旋CT双期扫描CT征象。方法回顾性分析27例胰腺癌双期扫描CT征象。结果CT表现20例表现为肿块或体积增大,3例表现为低密度影,4例出现胆总管、胰管扩张;其中1例胰头癌仅表现为胰头增大。结论胰腺癌临床症状无特异性,影像学上呈少血管型肿瘤,螺旋CT检查尤其是双期扫描检查是胰腺癌诊断的理想和主要的无创伤性影像学检查方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the findings of dual phase helical Computed tomography(CT) scanning of pancreatic carcinoma.Methods:The CT findings in 27 cases with pancreatic carcinoma were retrospectively analysed.Results:20 cases showed mass or bulk augmenting,3 cases the low density,4 cases the dilated pancreatic duct,1 case the head of pancreas augment.Conclusion:Pancreatic carcinoma is hypovascular tumor in radiology and has general clinical sympton,the helical CT(particularly dual phase) scanning is the most of the ideal and non-wounded radilolgy examination in diagnosing pancreatic carcinoma. |
